Inspiration and Design Concepts

As an experienced Chinese menswear manufacturer, we have an independent factory and an excellent team of designers. They grasp the latest market trends and deeply understand customer needs.

  • Inspiration board creation: Designers collect visual inspiration from trends, art, culture and market research to create mood boards.
  • Concept development: Develop initial sketches and design concepts based on inspiration.

Fabric Sourcing and Selection

  • Fabric research: As a professional men’s clothing manufacturer, we will select suitable fabrics for single models and series according to customer brand positioning and design requirements to ensure that the final product is uniform in color, category, and texture when displayed. At the same time, we strictly consider the texture, weight, composition, and sustainability certification (GOTS/GRS/OEKO-TEX) of the fabric to meet market standards and customer requirements for environmental responsibility.
  • Cost control: On the premise of ensuring fabric quality, we combine the factory’s supply chain advantages to optimize procurement costs and help customers achieve target prices, thereby ensuring that the selected fabrics are feasible for mass production and improving market competitiveness.
  • Sample confirmation: Before making sample garments, obtain fabric samples for internal testing and customer confirmation to reduce production risks.
  • Quality inspection: Strictly implement fabric quality tests, including color fastness, shrinkage, pilling tests, etc., to ensure compliance with industry standards and customer needs, improve product stability, and ensure consistency in mass production.

Pattern Making, Sample Making and Fitting

  • Initial pattern making: Based on the design sketch, original sample, and technical package information, experienced pattern makers draft the pattern and accurately control the pattern structure to meet the craftsmanship and style requirements of different brands.
  • Prototype development: Use the initial pattern to make prototype samples, and through multiple morphological tests, ensure the pattern’s accuracy and reasonable structure and the fit and comfort of the final garment.
  • First-version sample: Sew the first version of the sample, strictly reviewing its pattern, design details, and functionality. Use exquisite sewing technology to ensure that the sample is high-quality from the beginning.
  • Pattern adjustment: Based on the fitting test and customer feedback, optimize the pattern-making data and adjust the details to adapt to different market needs so that the pattern is more accurate and diversified.
  • Revised sample (fit sample): Make adjusted samples to reflect the optimized pattern and details, ensure that they meet the customer’s fit requirements in the end, and lay the foundation for formal production.

Production Planning and Bulk Production

  • Size grading: The corresponding grading rules are adopted to adjust the basic styles to different sizes according to the needs of different markets.
  • Intelligent nesting: Optimizing the layout of sample pieces minimizes fabric waste and reduces production costs.
  • High-precision cutting: Advanced automatic cutting machines ensure that the fabric is cut accurately and flat and that each piece meets the standards.
  • Sewing and assembly: The production line strictly follows the quality control checkpoints and strictly controls each sewing process to ensure a smooth and efficient production process.

Quality Control

  • 1st In-line Inspection: Quality checks are conducted during production to identify and correct issues early.
  • Middle In-line Inspection: When the products are semi-finished, check the sewing and assembling conditions to ensure the next processes can be finished well.
  • Final Inspection: Finished garments are inspected for defects in stitching, fabric, sizing, and overall quality. Our normal quality control standard is AQL 2.0, and we also conduct a final inspection in AQL 1.5 for our internal inspection.
  • Testing: Additional tests (e.g., wash tests, wear tests) are conducted to ensure durability and compliance with international standards.

Ironing and Packing

Ironing is a vital part of the production process. We use advanced equipment and skilled workers to hang the clothes before folding to prevent wrinkles. Each garment is strictly inspected to ensure a neat appearance before being packed into cartons and folded, labeled, and packaged according to customer or brand requirements.
